The Kelsch Law Firm has been engaged in the general practice of law in the Bismarck/Mandan, North Dakota, trade area since 1919.

Located in Mandan on the west bank of the Missouri River across from the State Capitol, the Firm maintains an extensive administrative law and governmental affairs practice before state agencies and the North Dakota Legislature. The Legislature meets in Bismarck biennially and operates in the interim through a full-time Legislative Council and interim committees.

The Firm's attorneys are general practitioners and offer a broad range of services which are grouped under three primary areas: Business and Real Property, Litigation, and Government and Environmental Affairs.

The Firm has an "A.V." rating (Martindale-Hubbell). The Firm has represented professional associations such as the Bar Association, Certified Public Accountants, Society of Professional Engineers, Pharmacists, and Funeral Directors. It has also represented trade associations such as the Banker's Association, Manufactured Housing, Charitable Gaming, North Dakota Chamber of Commerce, National Wholesale Druggist's Association, and Smokeless Tobacco Council. Finally, it has represented corporate clients before the state legislature and agencies such as AT&T, Canadian Pacific Railroad, McDonald Corporation, 3M Company, and United States Tobacco.
