THOMAS F. KELSCH
Mr. Kelsch is an experienced commercial law litigator. He has also served
as the Burleigh County States Attorney, Chief Deputy Attorney General for the
State of North Dakota, and has occupied special assistant attorney general
positions with several state agencies. Mr. Kelsch presently leads the firms
governmental affairs and administrative practice activities.
