Evan M. Leingang

Evan M. Leingang is an associate at the Kelsch Ruff Kranda Nagle & Ludwig Law Firm. His practice focuses on criminal defense, family law, estate planning, contract law, and business law. He is also active in the firm’s extensive governmental and administrative lobbying effort.

Evan graduated in the top three of his class from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2025. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk at Glass Law Office, a legal research analyst for the Bank of North Dakota, a Law School Fellow at the Office of the North Dakota Attorney General, and an intern with the Legislative Council at the 69th North Dakota Legislative Assembly. Evan also served as a Teaching Assistant for the legal research and writing department and as Treasurer for the University of North Dakota Student Bar Association. Prior to attending law school, he graduated summa cum laude and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Financial Economics from the University of North Dakota. Evan graduated from St. Mary’s Central High School in 2019.

Evan resides in Bismarck, North Dakota with his wife.
